Miami Dade County Rental Assistance:
Miami-Dade residents who can not pay rent due to the pandemic may be eligible to receive up to $3,000/month towards owed rent. For more information on how to apply, click below.

Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP):
There is a huge problem with increasing rents easily; most have gone up 30% on average; these are huge spikes considering rents were already high. ERAP is a program created by the mayor to provide funds to cover 140% of area median income, this program offers 3 months of rent for any renters that are behind and up to 6 months for those that are really in need. All you need is proof that Covid-19 affected your flow of income and that you are behind on your monthly rent payments and W-9 form.
