This is a program that discounts taxes on the whole value of your property because it is your primary residence, therefore you get a tax break depending on your qualifications. This is an extremely useful tool to help deal with the raging housing prices. All you have to do is live in this home and the IRS cuts you a tax break, just because it is your only property. There are many different ranges on the cuts from 15% to 30% and whatever you can think of in between they offer increased reductions for widows or widowers the disabled and many other options.
